By downloading or using Signa ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Signa is licensed to you for personal and professional use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.
Permitted Use
You may use Signa for lawful purposes only. You may not use the App to interfere with other software, systems, or users.
No Warranty
Signa is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naoki Yokokawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Updates
We may update the App and these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
