Privacy Policy

Summary
Signa does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All features work entirely on your device and local network.
Data We Do Not Collect
Signa contains no analytics, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection. We have no way to know who you are, where you are, or how you use the app.
Local Network
Signa communicates over your local Wi-Fi to connect with the Signa iPhone app. All communication stays within your LAN and never reaches the internet or any external server.
Permissions
Accessibility: Required to send keyboard shortcuts (slide navigation) and detect mouse clicks for click effects. All processing is local and no data leaves your device.
Screen Recording: Used by two features: (1) the Magnifier, to display a real-time zoomed view of your screen locally; (2) Slide Preview, to capture the current and next slide thumbnails and send them to the connected Signa iPhone app over your local Wi-Fi. No screen content is ever sent to the internet or any external server.
App Settings
Your preferences (colors, sizes, hotkeys, etc.) are stored locally on your Mac via macOS UserDefaults. No data is synced to the cloud.
Children's Privacy
Signa does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
